2. Dyeing in and out of cloth car is not washed clean, or in and out of the cloth transport process dropped to cause contamination.

3. Processing equipment (such as dye vat, auxiliary cylinder, dehydrator, expander, dryer, setting machine, etc.) and the working environment are not clean, resulting in contamination and staining.

4. In the process of pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, the inner wall of the barrel was stained with dye, which was not cleaned.

5. Oil stain is caused by mechanical failure in dyeing and finishing process.

6. In the process of pretreatment, dyeing and post finishing, the handle was pulled out and cleaned up after blocking, which resulted in contamination.

7. In the process of storage after the cloth is put out, the plastic film case is not covered or covered well, which is caused by environmental flying materials or water dripping from the roof.

8. The hands of dyeing workers are stained with dye (due to blocking several machines at the same time), and they are accidentally stained on some light colored cloth during operation, resulting in staining.
